Join me and my kid as we hit the Adena Loop Trail. We're going to meet at the East Fork South Trailhead. Don't trust the Facebook navigation. Definitely make sure you're navigating to the trailhead proper. You should also see the start of the Perimeter Trail and the pit toilets.

About the event
Join me and my kid as we hit the Adena Loop Trail. We're going to meet at the East Fork South Trailhead. Don't trust the Facebook navigation. Definitely make sure you're navigating to the trailhead proper. You should also see the start of the Perimeter Trail and the pit toilets. The trail is a rustic but reasonably maintained 3.2 miles. It's rated as "moderate" but it's only got 141 ft of elevation gain. I imagine it will take 2-3 hours to complete. Possibly more if the kids are doing a lot of exploring. TrailHawks is a family friendly hike especially for kids 9-17, but all are welcome.
