Cincy Hikes Mt Airy Forest BLACK FRIDAY Hike

We will be doing a beautiful but challenging 5 mile hike up and down the ridges of Mt Airy West at a moderate (2.2-2.5 mph) pace. We will start at Bicentennial Park and explore the more "natural" trails of the park. Expect steep rock beds, downed trees and some areas of erosion.

About the event
We will be doing a beautiful but challenging 5 mile hike up and down the ridges of Mt Airy West at a moderate (2.2-2.5 mph) pace. We will start at Bicentennial Park and explore the more "natural" trails of the park. Expect steep rock beds, downed trees and some areas of erosion. There will be one bail out spot about 1-1.5 miles into the hike. Good footwear a must. Poles recommended.
