Childhood Cancer Awareness Month Hike: Little Miami Trail Come out and support a good cause! We will cover ~4 miles towards the CancerFreeKIDS September 100-mile challenge. Hike is open to everyone, and there is an optional gathering at Little Miami Brewing Company for food and brews afterwards.

Childhood Cancer Awareness Month Hike: Little Miami Â
Come out and support a good cause! We will cover ~4 miles towards the CancerFreeKIDS September 100-mile challenge, which aims to raise awareness around the lack of funding for childhood cancer research. This out-and-back hike can be made shorter to any distance. Prior CancerFreeKIDS registration is not required to join the hike. Â Those interested can join afterwards at nearby Little Miami Brewing Company for food & brews.
About the CFK 100mi challenge: Did you know that less than 10% of the federal cancer research budget goes towards childhood cancer research? This September, about 1,290 kids in the US will be diagnosed with pediatric cancer.
