Come out to Celebrate National Trails Day with Cincinnati Hikes!

This is also the day of the Buckeye Trail Longest Day Hike!  Come be a part of their efforts to have EVERY mile of the Buckeye Trail be hiked, biked or kayaked all in one day!

Parking is limited at the trailhead, so look for additional parking in Old Milford or at the Jim Terrell Park Trailhead accross the street.  We are limiting the number of participants on this hike because of this so get your RSVP in early and update it if you cannot make it!

Meeting Place: Milford Trailhead parking lot at 5 OH-126, Milford, OH 45243 but there is additional parking at Jim Terrell Park trailhead at 130 Longworth St, Milford, OH 45150 just a short way across the street

Mileage: 6 miles

Pace (See notes): Beginner 

Trail Rating (easy, moderate, hard): easy

Dogs allowed?: no, since we are stopping at a restaurant midway thru the hike

Other notes including trail conditions or equipment recommended?: Please always remember to bring water and wear proper shoes to your hike.

The Buckeye Trail Association has invited participants to attend their Potluck at the East Fork State Park Campground Picnic Shelter at 2 PM following the hike.

*Note: Beginners Pace is 1+ mph, Intermediate is 2+ mph, Speedy 3+ mph, or Runners 4+ mph.

Where dogs are permitted they must be leashed and kept under the owners control.

Please rsvp accordingly. If you can no longer attend a Cincy Hike, please change your status by replying to your RSVP email or filling out a contact form on the website. You can communicate that you’re running behind via the same methods or you can write on the wall of the Facebook event.
