Gilmore Ponds MetroPark is a nature lover’s paradise. Birds and turtles can be spotted around every corner and there are a variety of paved, grassy, and woodland trails. We will walk a 2 mile loop and then add on another 1/2 mile along the Miami 2 Miami path for some variety.

Gilmore Ponds MetroPark is a nature lover’s paradise. Birds and turtles can be spotted around every corner and there are a variety of paved, grassy, and woodland trails. We will walk a 2 mile loop and then add on another 1/2 mile along the Miami 2 Miami path for some variety. It is tricky to map to the location so make sure to put in Gilmore MetroPark Bilstein Road entrance. The GPS will give you 3200 Symmes road as the address but that won't quite get you to the parking lot. There are plenty of signs to assist.
