Hi everybody. First time trail leader here. I moved back home from 4 years of teaching English in Taiwan a few months ago. *Note: Beginners Pace is 1+ mph, Intermediate is 2+ mph, Speedy 3+ mph, or Runners 4+ mph.

Where dogs are permitted they must be leashed and kept under the owners control.

Please bring a mask for when you cannot Socially Distance responsibly.
