There are certain trails I enjoy in the winter. East fork bridle trails are one! Though all year round these trails are beautiful, the warmer weather brings with it MUD! My solution: go when it is frozen.

Yes, as long as the temps are low, soil suspended in a semicoliated state will be the last thing on your mind or your boots!
Here are some details on the hike:
-10mi with a bailout spot after 7 miles
-COLD!! Ice, layers, poles, hand warmers, all that jazz. Be prepared
-meeting at "East Fork Bridle Trail Parking" if you are unfamiliar, plan to get there early
-social distance outside but bring a mask for the tight spots.
-snacks are highly recommended! We will take a few short breaks along the way
