Each week we will visit a different park and our favorite ice cream shops in the tristate! This series will be once a week until the beginning of August. 

This week our adventure takes us to Gilmore Metropark and The Dip!  Let's explore the ponds at Gilmore and ice cream at The Dip!

Trail Rating (easy, moderate, hard): easy

Other notes including trail conditions or equipment recommended?: Please always remember to bring water and wear proper shoes to your hike. Hiking shoes & trekking poles recommended.

*Note: Beginners Pace is 1+ mph, Intermediate is 2+ mph, Speedy 3+ mph, or Runners 4+ mph.

Where dogs are permitted they must be leashed and kept under the owners control.
