Hiking Trips and Creamy Whips Hiking series! 

Each week we will visit a different park and our favorite ice cream shops in the tristate! This series will be once a week until the beginning of August. 

This weeks hike we will explore Lake Barber in Newtown, Ohio and get a treat at the Dairy Corner.  Bring cash just in cash the Dairy Corner is cash only.

Mileage: 1.5 mile unpaved trail

Trail Rating (easy, moderate, hard): easy

Dogs allowed?: No

Other notes including trail conditions or equipment recommended?: Please always remember to bring water and wear proper shoes to your hike. Hiking shoes & trekking poles recommended.

*Note: Beginners Pace is 1+ mph, Intermediate is 2+ mph, Speedy 3+ mph, or Runners 4+ mph.

Where dogs are permitted they must be leashed and kept under the owners control.
