Cincinnati Hikes Kids Winter Break Outside Series 

**Beginning September 1st, you must RSVP to all Cincy Hikes events via the website www.CincinnatiHikes.com

As part of our Winter Break Kids Week, we will be visiting the Cincinnati Zoo to see the animals and the Zoo Lights... We will be going this path:  

Elephants 

Giraffe 

African Animals 

Hippo 

Train 

Gibbons Island 

Cat Canyon 

Gorillas 

Bald Eagle 

Reptiles  

Once we get there if people decide to pair off that is fine, but it is also an opportunity to hang as a group as well! I understand kids have their favorite animals and may want a different path.

Other notes including trail conditions or equipment recommended?: Please always remember to bring water and wear proper shoes to your hike. Prepare for what you need for a trip around the zoo! There is a fee to get into the zoo. You can buy tickets ahead of time at https://cincinnatizoo.org/. 

*Note: Beginners Pace is 1+ mph, Intermediate is 2+ mph, Speedy 3+ mph, or Runners 4+ mph.

Where dogs are permitted they must be leashed and kept under the owners control.

Please rsvp accordingly. If you can no longer attend a Cincy Hike, please change your status by replying to your RSVP email or filling out a contact form on the website. You can communicate that you’re running behind via the same methods or you can write on the wall of the Facebook event.

Please bring a mask for when you cannot Socially Distance responsibly.
